"This is new, I’m pretty sure. A little brother of Das Sakrileg… Wowza, this is super tasty! Detailed, with wild flowers, citrus oils, ripe stone fruit, slate, smooth, lightly yoghurty palate finishing with a wet chalk feel. Plenty of flavour tightened by fine threads of acidity. Some comparison with Das Sakrileg perhaps in place—two very different definitions of Riesling; the Little Sak more racing, pure, very keen and keyed up, Das Sakrileg (aka the Big Sak), on the other hand, mature, serious, rich and fuller in body, relaxed in nature. But Little Sak not so little in expressing aromas and flavours!"
